This 6,500 yen, 2-hour all-you-can-drink course includes 8 homemade dishes, including your choice of hot pot, grilled Niigata pork marinated in Echigo miso, crab-filled xiaolongbao dumplings, Yukimi Pacific cod in a delicious dashi broth, and steamed rice made with Niigata-grown Koshihikari rice and scallops and root vegetables.
